Payment For Goods On Receipt Of Documents
PAYMENT FOR GOODS ON RECEIPT OF DOCUMENTS
In the event an offer is made by seller and accepted by buyer for a sale F.O.B. conveyance at port, F.A.S. port or delivered port, payment of the purchase price shall be made on receipt of the bill of lading, inspection certificate and accompanying documents. Seller shall indemnify buyer against any loss or damage occurring after the goods are loaded on board conveyance and before they are unloaded and accepted by buyer at port.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
